The staff at the Ministry of Interior just around the corner and at Sotheby's down the street have staked it out as a handy stop for a handcrafted sandwich on the run, a quick salad, or a one-plate hot or cold meal. You can eat your food here at one of the four high square tables with metal chairs, or you can have your order packaged to go and walk a block or so to the park that lines the Champs-Élysées.
