Next door to La Ferme Saint Hubert is the cheese shop run by mâtre fromager Henry Voy, which is recognized as one of the best fromageries in Paris. From this treasure-trove of cheeses comes the first-class ingredients for the fondues, raclettes, checse platters, and other cheese-based dishes served in the restaurant. The small room has banquette seating, orange paper table covers and napkins, and a large wall covering depicting cows. The location is around the corner from Fauchon and near many offices and shops, so it is swamped at lunch, and if you don't have a reservation, forget it. One of the most popular orders is the dégustation platter of seven varieties of cheese. Huge salads, rich cheese-based tarts, and hot dishes, along with evening meals of raclette and fondue (both require a two-person minimum), make up the rest of the menu. Pots of white goat's milk butter are served with Poilâne bread.
